    Intro

Welcome to the Love Deep Lab podcast. Helping you integrate sex, sexiness, and science into your life and your body. And now, your host, Dr. Stormy.

    Dr. Stormy

Hi, I’m your host Dr. Stormy. Welcome to the Love Deep Lab podcast. It’s all about adding  passion and juiciness and yumminess to your life, both in and out of the bedroom. And today, we have a special guest with us. And I’m just wondering for all of you listening, if you’ve ever felt adrift or without purpose in your life, or in your sex life, and if you’ve ever wondered how soul and sex can possibly be related? Then today’s episode is for you. Because today we’re going to talk all about soul with my dear friend and colleague, Martin Fox. Martin was named with the best leadership educators in the USA. He’s been training soul warriors in 76 countries around the world. And he won the outdoor industry’s Global Inspiration award. Welcome, Martin. I’m so excited to have you here with me today.

    Martin Fox

Thanks for having me, my friend. Yeah. Beautiful, beautiful day to you.

    Dr. Stormy

Thank you and you as well. It’s really fun to have you out here. I’m really excited to just kind of dive right in deeply as you and I love to do–to get deep and really just dive into soul this Monday morning that we’re recording.

    Martin Fox

Hey, why mess around, just get into it.

    Dr. Stormy

Totally. So as I have gotten to know you. and we’ve gotten to deepen our friendship, I’ve loved our conversations about what is soul. And that’s such a big term and broad term. And I’d love to just start out by asking you what soul means to you.

    Martin Fox

Wow, well, one of my whole rows is all about soul. And you know, it has so many different definitions depending on who’s writing the books. And, you know, what line of study and lineage they come out of, but to me soul is when we just take everything off– all the layers, all the onion, you know, the blankets, whatever it is that’s in the way. To me, soul is who we are at work in our core. It’s who we were always meant to be before everything else piled on top of it. Oh, and in my lineage, soul is always pure, and it’s always beautiful. And we’ll talk about, you know, in my lineage, which is qigong, which came out of Taoism and Shaolin temples and Kung Fu.We have our wisdom center, we have our heart center, we have our power center, right around the navel. And we integrate all of those into the heart. But then the soul is when we can actually go out of our body and bring it all back in, and that’s where we connect to the universe, to our connected body, if that makes sense. So to me, this soul is universal lifeforce. Whether it’s the Chi, whether it’s the Prana.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, absolutely. That’s it. That’s pretty much how I relate to soul as well. I love that idea of, you mentioned, head–like the centers right? So head, heart, and our power center, and then also an expansion out of beyond that into whatever you want to call it. Universal consciousness, collective consciousness, universal truth, you know, God, the divine, whatever is something outside of me. For me, it’s that I really connect with  something bigger than my own human experience–as fabulous as my own human experience might be–or as not fabulous as it might be, but something connecting to something outside through the inside.

    Martin Fox

And that’s where, you know, the soul is within, it’s without. You know, I have horses.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yes.

    Martin Fox

The soul connection with my horse and me is mind blowing. It doesn’t involve spoken word. So yeah, I mean, that soul connection is everywhere.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah. And I’m envisioning your beautiful ranch. Martin lives on a gorgeous ranch with these amazing horses, and for me, I grew up with horses as well. The eyes of the horse are so powerful and it just made me giggle thinking about one of the ways that I really love to work with the couples I’m working with, or the individuals I’m working with. And connecting to the soul is through what I call soul gazing, but looking into someone else’s eyes, even if it’s your own in the mirror, right?  They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, right? So it just made me think–that when you said that you guys connect– you and your horse connect, I think for me, the eye gazing or the soul gazing takes us out of shallow level, surface level communication, and takes us deeper. And to me, one major access point to the soul is depth.

    Martin Fox

Yeah, and It doesn’t have to be human to human.

    Dr. Stormy

    Right.

    Martin Fox

It can be a horse. When I was young, deer would actually walk up to me. And we just had this connection. It was so amazing.

    Dr. Stormy

     Maybe deer is your spirit.

    Martin Fox

Deer! And I’ve had hawks. A hawk on our farm in upstate New York (not this farm),   would just come and land next to me.

    Dr. Stormy

    Oh my goodness.

    Martin Fox

It’s a connection that goes beyond thinking.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, totally.

    Martin Fox

And that’s another reason when I connect wisdom center, heart center, power center, that’s still our internal locus. And that’s why I like the thought of, you know, when really connected to our soul, we’re connected to the universe. Yeah. Into our soul.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah. Amazing. And I’m so curious, my friend, how did you find your way? I mean, it’s an ironic question, because I believe our soul is always there, kind of welcoming us back home. But how did you find your way back home, I guess, to your soul? What has your personal journey been with soul?

    Martin Fox

I grew up in a very soulful place in my community, and my family and our lineage. But when I was 12 years old, I had, I don’t know if I’ve ever told you the story or not. But I had this blinding vision when I was driving a tractor at 12 years old on our farm. It was so powerful that the message that was given to me is that my life is gonna be spent finding, guiding, gathering, and connecting the people who are, you know, working to change the way the world works. And I call them soul warriors. But we’re also the lightkeepers, and the changemakers, and the healers, and the peacemakers. And we come from so many different areas. And, you know, how do we get people connected to do that work? So it’s defined everything I’ve studied, in terms of universities, in terms of programs. I’ve gone to the jobs I’ve taken in my lives, the companies I’ve started–how do we find, guide, gather, and connect? You know, these kindred spirits who are deeply connected to their soul, so we can work together? To make change happen?

    Dr. Stormy

I love that. And wow, at 12 years old, that’s exciting and a daunting message.

    Martin Fox

Well, yeah, the community I grew up in was tiny. Like, we’re talking 400 people-ish. And, you know, as a simple farm kid, I loved it. I was deeply connected to nature because of where I lived and how we grew up. But I had no idea. I thought maybe I was having a heat stroke. It was one of those days where that would have been possible. But I think what that helped me do at that age is that I could see people’s souls. I could see past all those layers and blankets that were layered over who they truly were. And from an early age, I knew those are the people I was meant to work with. But I didn’t know what to do with it. It wasn’t till I really came out of college, that I could actually start putting that into practice.

    Dr. Stormy

    Mm hmm.

    Martin Fox

But everything is just added to that. And, you know, while I can see people’s souls, I can also see people when they get off their path, off their journey. Yeah. And help them come back to their journey. Whether it’s left or right, because we all get knocked off.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yes, we do.

    Martin Fox

Yogananda talks about “we must learn to stand unshaken amidst the crash of breaking worlds.” To me, that doesn’t mean we don’t get knocked off. That means, how quickly can we come back onto our path in our journey?

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, beautiful. And I it made me think of, I remember hiking with you one time, and you were saying, I’m paraphrasing, but that the soul is like a North Star. That just reminded me, how quickly can we come back onto our path and onto our journey, like into alignment with what’s true for us? What is our North Star?

    Martin Fox

And then in qigong we call it the soul star.

    Dr. Stormy

So that’s what it was, you’re right. It was a soul star, which is beautiful.

    Martin Fox

Which is North Star. But the beauty of qigong is that there are at least over 10,000 different versions of qigong.

    Dr. Stormy

    Mm hmm.

    Martin Fox

You get to choose where that soul star is.

    Dr. Stormy

    I love that.

    Martin Fox

It might be here. It might be there. It might be right here. It’s okay.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, amazing. And qigong for you has been a powerful tool in your own personal development and in aligning with your soul star.

    Martin Fox

Absolutely. Um, I’ve, you know, I’ve been fortunate to have amazing mentors throughout my life, that have taught me so many amazing tools that I could be in this place, aligned. And, you know, it wasn’t until my daughter got really sick and I was going through a divorce. Talk about falling off your path and off your journey. I was way off. Way off. And I’d been studying martial arts most of my life. And I came across qigong. And for me, it was one of the best things I’ve ever encountered as a tool to just come home, come home. And qigong got me back there very quickly. And it wasn’t like I’m on this new journey. No, all I did was come home to what always was.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah. Amazing. And as I was sitting today thinking about recording with you, I was meditating, and I was thinking about soul, and I kept thinking of how there’s a familiarity when we’re aligned. Like there’s a familiarity within ourselves–when we’re aligned with our North Star or soul star or our soul. I really feel like it’s, for me, that’s one of the first little, I guess, maybe beckonings that say pay attention–because it feels so familiar. It feels like a coming home. Not like a finding anew, for me at least. And I’m curious what you feel about that familiarity piece.

    Martin Fox

Yeah, it’s the coming home.  It was almost silly. It took me a while to go–“Are you kidding me?” This is how I’ve always been–I’m like, wow, I made this hard. And that’s okay, because that was part of my journey. It had to be that hard for that far, so I could I could come back into it.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, and I think pain is a powerful teacher. It’s not the only one. And with you personally, I’m really excited about pain not being the only teacher in my life these days. Like, I welcome joy, and bliss, and orgasm, and all the things as teachers, but pain is a beautiful and powerful teacher. So when you said it was so hard, that’s what popped in my head–is that, you know, when we feel really off our path, it is a potent time. I mean, the pain of that struggle of that time is so potent. I guess it sort of drives the current, it can drive the current back to being on your path.

    Martin Fox

Yeah, and as you know, I don’t necessarily advertise it, but I’m also an organizational psychologist. And what I do know,–and I’ve been talking to people about it around the world for so many years, decades, actually–you have to be able to feel it and deal with it before you can heal it. So many people, when they start to feel like “Oh, the pain, the pain, the pain, like I’m off”, they suppress.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, yeah.

    Martin Fox

So they don’t do the dealing work. And if you don’t do that, sooner or later, it’s going to come up like a volcano in ways that are really destructive.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah,

    Martin Fox

So that’s something I knew with other people. What I didn’t notice for me initially, which is where I got to be self as instrument, I got thrown way off my path. And I’m like, Whoa, there were a lot of things that I was starting to feel and suppress, compartmentalize. And when it all blew up, it blew apart. So then I got to take some of my own medicine that I’ve been dishing out for decades. All right, what is it that I’m feeling? And then the different layers of that? And how am I going to deal with those pieces so I can move on to the healing?

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, beautiful.

    Martin Fox

Deal, heal. And if you’re skipping one of those first two steps, it’s not gonna happen.

    Dr. Stormy

I know, and really feeling it all the way through, like you mentioned the layers, the layers of the onion, right? Really feeling it all the way through. Because what, at least for me, and my own personal practice and with my clients, what’s the first emotion that comes up?  It’s a beautiful guide. It’s like what’s below it? Okay? What’s below that? Okay, what’s below that? And really getting down to letting yourself, giving yourself freedom and permission and safety and resourcing to feel it all the way through, and letting it move through your body like sound and movement and whatever it might be. But really, it’s not because you’re cute getting rid of or anything like that. It’s actually like loving and accepting and honoring that part. And then, like you said, it runs less  amuck, so to speak.

    Martin Fox

And I think there are a lot of different ways to do that. And qigong. I mean, so much  stuff flows through heart center, through the power center, back through the heart center, up to the wisdom center, back through the heart. And it’s the yin and yang and it’s always moving. And you know, qigong is called energy, play energy work, by definition. Yeah. And I think, you know, with me, once I learned to start moving the energy because, you know, we work off electricity, it’s our heartbeats. That’s how a lot of stuff happens. Brain impulse. Like, it’s about moving internal energy. Yeah. But there are a lot of other ways. I get that when I go skiing. I do that when I hike mountains, not trying to keep up with you because you’re a wicked fast skier. I like that, but you can get it or whatever it is that is your bliss. I know people that get it through dance.

    Dr. Stormy

    Totally.

    Martin Fox

Oh yeah, there’s so many ways.

    Dr. Stormy

Thank you for bringing light to moving energy, playing with energy, right? For a lot of our listeners, that will be like a foreign concept or will seem super ethereal. So I’m just curious: I love what you just said, that you can find it in so many ways, but how would you encourage our listeners today to start to play with or tap into energy and energy play?

    Martin Fox

I’ve got to borrow the words of Joseph Campbell, who is probably the best mythologist and storyteller I’ve ever ever encountered. So many people just get stuck trying to find their purpose and their meaning and their significance, which is stuck energy, because they just haven’t come home yet. His advice is follow your bliss. What is it that lights you up? Go do more of that.

    Dr. Stormy

Oh, Iove that. I just got chills. Yeah.

    Martin Fox

You know, when we say that, we the soul warriors I’m blessed to work with, I’m say follow your bliss. But also share your grace.

    Dr. Stormy

Follow your bliss and share your grace. Your grace with yourself, not just with others. It’s okay. And it’s not something that’s meant to be hedonism. at all. Follow your bliss just means like what turns you on?   Totally. Oh, I love that. And as you know, I’m all about conscious hedonism. Like following our pleasure and finding our pleasure finding your bliss, I have a bliss tattoo right on my forearm, you know, but finding our bliss, following your bliss–I love that and the concept of grace too. So I’m curious about what you think as I’m thinking about energy play and following your bliss. Wait, if you think about today’s subject of soul, in my world, and in the sacred sexuality world, and as a sex educator, we hear the term soulmate a lot. So I’m just totally curious about what that means to you. What is it? How do you feel about that term? What comes up for you around the term soulmate?

    Martin Fox

Yeah, I’m struggling with this one, because I personally don’t resonate with that term. Because I think I have so many different definitions. And I hear people use that all the time. And it’s like, you know, is it Kleenex or is it a tissue? It’s become so generic. I’m like, really? really? Youhad five different soulmates in the last year. And then, but then they’re not. Now they are and then they’re not. To me, there is a level of soul connection. And to me, what’s much more powerful in my own energy is kindred spirits.  People who have come home to their soul. Yeah, and they’re on their soul’s journey.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, there’s a recognition there.

    Martin Fox

Now get those people around me. Are they soul mates? I don’t know. I mean, I’m single. Yeah, but I sure love being around kindred spirits who have come home to their soul.

    Dr. Stormy

    That’s beautiful.

    Martin Fox

And when I start dating, it’s gonna come out of kindred spirits.

    Dr. Stormy

For sure. Right? And that’s such a beautiful thing. I mean, I agree with you. Soulmates become very generic. And actually, a lot of the time I’m like, is it a soulmate? Or is it a trauma mate? Are we just in a trauma cycle together?

    Martin Fox

Like my 16-year-old daughter–is it your soulmate or is it just your current crush?

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, exactly, exactly. Puppy Love, whatever it might be. But as I was thinking about that term today, I think about my own soul. We are putting, like, our experiences of our own soul onto an outward person, right, with the term soulmate. You know, I think there’s a recognition, like you just said. It might be like, Oh, this person’s aligned, or this person’s following their soul’s journey. There’s an intensity to what people call soulmate relationships. And I think it’s really similar to the intensity I feel with my own soul. Like, I feel there is an intensity to my own connection, to my own soul. And so I’m just kind of thinking about it this morning, for the first time. I wonder if it’s a little bit of a projection of my own experience–my own soul projected onto another person–that as we know, projection usually has major pitfalls. But you know, it just was an idea that popped in as I was kind of thinking about soulmates. And that led me to thinking about, you know, one of the reasons I love so much in practicing myself and teaching Tantra is that it brings soul into the sexual realm. And for so long, so many different philosophies separated soul from sex and sexuality. And then again, this might be partnered sex or sex with yourself. Tantra was, for me, one of the beautiful lineages that align the two, right, that they’re really bringing in. And so, you know, I’m just curious what you think about the mainstream culture that, you know, pandemic times and all of it–about our resistances, or our challenges, maybe the challenges as you see them in bringing soul into sex and sexuality.

    Martin Fox

Well, as you know, I am absolutely intrigued with the work you do. And I think it’s so absolutely needed. And, you know, I do this quite a bit, because that’s how I move energy. And I just look at my own self. And if I look at different areas in my life around this infinity loop, one of the big ones is romance and intimacy. So if I put a score on where I am on that right now, I’d be like, well, I’m coming home to my soul, and I’m on my soul’s journey. And wow, wouldn’t it be amazing to be able to go, that’s an eight, nine or ten on my infinity loop, that I can just keep flowing through my heart.

    Dr. Stormy

    Beautiful.

    Martin Fox

So yeah, with me, it’s like, sign me up. I want to learn a lot more.

    Dr. Stormy

I love it. I love it. Yeah, I totally appreciate that. And I love that you just sort of intuitively said eight, nine, or ten on the infinity loop. Because one of my favorite practices, which goes back to bliss, a bliss practice, what you mentioned earlier, is how do we spend more time in our eights. nines, and tens? Right? And, so I mean taking it outside of the sexual realm. Because if I say pleasure, people assume I’m talking about sexual pleasure, because I’m a sex educator. But also because we have the stigma that pleasure means sexual pleasure. Yep. And one of my missions in life is to broaden people’s experience of pleasure so much beyond the bedroom. And yes, also to have fabulous sex but to, you know, to experience your eight, nine and ten. So when I say that people think I’m talking orgasm right at ten, you orgasm, you know that we call it the point of no return in the sex and arousal realm. But at that point, I’m going to orgasm. Right? And, so taking it outside of the sexual realm–how do we spend more time in our eight, nine and ten? So I love that you just said that about the loop and to keep it going, right? I just was working on this, myself in practice, and also the client. What does your eight feel like? What does your nine feel like? What does your ten feel like? And then, literally, like exercising that pleasure muscle in life, which then allows you to exercise it in sex. And when I say sex, I will always tell my listeners every time that I’m talking about sex with yourself, too, because if you can’t have fabulous sex with yourself, you are not going to have fabulous sex with someone else. You know, experiment exploring, loving, finding out what’s your eight, nine, or ten. And out of the bedroom. I love that so much. I feel like I need t-shirts that say “find your eight, nine, or ten.”

    Martin Fox

    I love that. Yes.

    Dr. Stormy

    It’s amazing.

    Martin Fox

What’s your eight, nine, or ten, and that can go up again. I do the infinity loop because it all keeps flowing back through the heart and the soul. Yeah.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, one of my favorite practices for myself–like when I always say I’m practicing constantly–well, I’m not practicing constantly, I’m practicing often returning to my practice constantly, along with all of our listeners. I am in practice, for sure. I hope I’m in practice till my last breath. But how do the head, heart, sex, right? So head, heart, sex is a little bit different than your lineage. But it’s, it’s very similar in connecting these three areas that we often have incredibly separated, almost like a dissociative level of separation between you at times. So how do we align our head, our heart, and our  sexual power, right, the seat of our power? Yes, it is power. And it’s the most powerful form of energy on the planet–sexual energy–it creates life, right? And so I get  frustrated sometimes with mass media and culture, because there’s this hook through our second chakra. It’s like, it hooks us in, and then it’s all sort of misplaced and overblown, and repressed or hyper-focused on. So I love the idea of moving it through the centers, because then it doesn’t get stuck. Right? Then it continues to move, it continues to build, you know. And for me, when I think about soulful sex, one of the things that means is bringing in soul, with sex, with creativity, because all three of those energies are so powerful.

    Martin Fox

    Yes.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, I really think it’s just so fun. I feel like we could talk forever.

    Martin Fox

We could and, you know, I’ll take it back to qigong again, where, you know, we talk about your energy, and way chi is your energy field around you. And we all notice that with people, you know, when they’re really in their zone, you can feel it when you’re around them. And, you know, it’s where you get me thinking that, you know, if you’re with another person who’s deeply connected and come home to their soul, and they’re under soul’s journey, and they have a really good energy field within and around them, when you get two of those people together, I’m like, between the internal ci and the way ci fields coming together. Yeah. Wow!

    Dr. Stormy

That soul sex is amazing. Yeah, it’s beautiful. And one of the things I love about Tantra, and I know I’ve mentioned to you before, is talking about single body, one body versus two body practice, not versus–one body and two body practice–to being in one body practice working with my own energies, and then working if I’m partnered, or if I’m choosing a partner with partnered energy, right? They’re both so wondrous and fabulous, you know. I would say, personally, with two body practices, there’s a level of challenge to that because now there’s someone else’s energy, not just my own. It’s fabulous. It’s magnetic. It’s cumulative. But also, now I have to watch myself for when I can tip into caretaking, or rescuing, or whatever, any of those things that we need those shadows that we can tip into, right.?

    Martin Fox

And sometimes we do need to move into that a little bit.

    Dr. Stormy

Totally. Absolutely. And I’m in my role as a parent for sure. But then watching–where do I tip into that in my role as a partner–because it is not nearly as sexy in a partnership, but it might be called for in the moment, you know. So I just think it’s such a beautiful thing to think about solo bodied and two bodied practices. But that it’s all really–I hadn’t realized until we hopped on today–it’s so much connected to soul, it is so profoundly connected to soul.

    Martin Fox

And I think we know what that feels like when we have truly connected soul sex. It’s mind blowing. Yeah. So, you know, so many of the people I’ve worked with around the world are the people I call the lightkeepers, the healers, and the changemakers. It’s the soul warriors. And they’re the angels amongst us. So many of the people I’ve worked with are single. And if you look at the romance, intimacy, space…I think most of the people I work with are single, single. So that’s where this work is so fascinating to me is, you know, in the work you’re doing, how can we help them get connected? So they don’t need to go through this whole life journey alone.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, beautiful.

    Martin Fox

I don’t know if that makes sense.

    Dr. Stormy

    It totally does.

    Martin Fox

They give give give give so much. They’re building bridges between countries, cultures, races, religions. They’re improving lives. They’re working on creating a sustainable and regenerative future. And I think that’s a huge piece. What a gift to people like that, to be able to get this connection going again.

    Dr. Stormy

And about their lives–I’m sure many of our future collaborations, Martin, will be connecting these soul warriors, these brave hearted, big hearted, open-minded kind-hearted people. Absolutely. You know, I think part of that just kind of popped in for me,  as we continue to do our own work and our own growth and our own development. The dating pool does get smaller, if you’re looking for like-minded, like-hearted people, persons. And so that’s like a beautiful discernment. And it’s no judgment on anyone who isn’t doing that work. But that’s not what’s gonna be aligned for someone who is. That’s always gonna be truly aligned with someone who is. And so I mean, I guess if you’re listening, you’re all on this journey. And you’re feeling what Martin just alluded to–that so many of these people are single–I just want to honor that. You’re doing the inner work to draw in a part of it can be in reciprocity with that, and that’s part of the outer work, right? And just knowing that that is possible, and thats like honoring your discernment there. I think so many people are just comfortable being at the surface level. And that’s totally okay. That’s just not the person I’m going to be aligned with or the people I’m going to be aligned with.

    Martin Fox

And I’d say with with the group and the people that I work with, you know, they’re kindred spirits. I think a lot of them have given up on meeting somebody like them. Because you said the dating pool gets smaller and smaller.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, so I guess that would be my cheerleading–“they’re out there, they’re out there”!

    Martin Fox

But I think we all deserve to learn that in here first.

    Dr. Stormy

    Absolutely.

    Martin Fox

So we can get it out there. And that’s the beautiful work you’re doing.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah. And that’s one of my key practices–is yourself as the beloved. And I mean, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, financially, and sexually like yourself as the beloved. Because that is going to bring in a different person, a different partner, or potential partner, than if you aren’t loving yourself as a beloved. And that is a practice–  you don’t just arrive to that impeccably, or at least I haven’t yet. It’s like, you know, it’s a practice. But yeah, I just think that would be the encouragement. So I think, kind of to wrap up, I would love to hear you just share with our listeners, you know, one or two ways that you think that our listeners can begin the explorer soul.

    Martin Fox

The first way is, I would spend some time writing down what it is that brings you bliss. What do you actually absolutely love to do? And then go and do it. And one of the easiest ways is to get out into nature. Spend some time outdoors, and I don’t care where you live, you can get out into nature. When people say “I don’t know how to connect to the universe”, I’m like, Well, you know, can you look up at the sky? Do you live in a place where you can see the stars? That’s connecting to something so much bigger than you.

    Dr. Stormy

    Yes.

    Martin Fox

And just go do those things to start. And you know, whether it’s yoga, dance, or qigong,   there’s so many ways to get it. And I think that’s a start.

    Dr. Stormy

Beautiful. I think that’s a fabulous place to start.

    Martin Fox

And then find, find your tribe. Find your kindred spirits. Find your family.

    Dr. Stormy

Yeah, indeed. Awesome. And how can our listeners find you? How can they connect with you?

    Martin Fox

I’m kind of hard to find, as you probably have guessed.

    Dr. Stormy

    You’re very mysterious and elusive.

    Martin Fox

Mysterious, but you know, one of the messages that’s come through my soul is it’s time to move back out of the shadows. So my best email right now is foxatglobalripple.com

    Dr. Stormy

    Awesome.

    Martin Fox

And I took down the website four or five years ago, because I had sold out consulting practice, and all I was doing is saying no to people, I’m like, nope. But that’s opening back up. And then make an offer for your listeners if they’d like to reach out, but please do it by text. I don’t really have a lot of time to take phone calls. But if they would like to text me, you know, please do. Can we  give the number out?

    Dr. Stormy

    Yeah, please, please do.

    Martin Fox

435-659-1875 And by the time this goes live, there’s going to be some other ways to connect, that you can put in your show notes.

    Dr. Stormy

I will put all of these resources that we talked about today in the show notes. And I just want to take a moment and thank you, Martin, for being here with us. Thank you for being my guest today.
