REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

REFUNDS

For service based exchanges such as one on one sessions, classes, events (virtual or live), retreats, and others we cannot and do not offer refunds. We can, however, offer other forms of exchange that feel satisfactory to both parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one on one or couples session, you may do so with 24-hour notice. If less than 24 hour notice there will be a $25 late cancellation fee. If you cancel within less than 2 hours of a session then you will be charged the full fee for the session.
