How Do Sacred Sexuality Sessions Work:
+ Sessions are one-on-one from the comfort of your own sacred space via Zoom
+ Sessions are 60-75 minutes long
+ You’ll get Sexy Homework to be completed in between your sessions to further emobdy the practices and sustain transformation
+ After each session, you will receive a session reflection
Who Is Dr Stormy
I am delighted to be your educator on this journey of sacred sexuality. This work is my deepest passion and my greatest honor.
My medical degree and OT degree provide me an amazing depth and appreciation for the brain and how it works neurologically in regards to sensuality and pleasure. I understand the impact sex and sexuality have in our lives from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspect. My background allows me to weave in the cerebral with the somatic in a way that brings in your brain, body, and heart.
My own sensuality journey began over a decade ago with Tantra, breathwork, meditation, yoga and therapy. It has been an epic adventure with successes and failures that included toxic relationships, wavering self-esteem, and disconnection from my body.
I am ever growing and evolving and further cultivating my relationship with God, myself, my body, and pleasure. I take the tools I have learned along the way, give them my own “Stormy spin” and share them to see what resonates with you.
